Returns:
1. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for a full refund.

2. If you are out of the 30 day window a $25 restocking fee will be charged for each phone returned.

3. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Please email customerservice@sova.com for an RA number and shipping instructions. Please include an RA number on all boxes that are being returned.

4. All items need to be returned in secure packaging. Whenever possible please use the original packaging.

Refunds:
1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within an average of 2 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Exchanges: For defective phones:
Desk phones are guaranteed for 180 days from receipt of purchase.  If you receive a defective phone and cannot activate it or if your phone fails within the 180 day warranty period please contact customerservice@sova.com.  We will overnight a replacement device at no charge and will provide a shipping label along with a return authorization number (RA) for the defective item. Please print the RA number on the outside of the shipping carton.

Exchanges: For upgraded phones:
1. If you would like to exchange a phone for a different One Talk phone style please contact customerservice@sova.com for a return authorization (RA) number. We will provide you with the steps to order your replacement device and instructions on how to return the original phone.

2. You will be responsible for the difference in cost, and the return shipping cost as well as a $25 re-stocking fee for devices which have been used for more than 30 days.

3. Please include the RA number provided on all boxes that are being returned.
