In addition, this prestigious recognition means SOVA maintained a dedicated focus to Verizon’s priorities, which are to: Deliver a great customer experience; Grow revenue; Drive profitability higher; and Build Verizon’s culture into a competitive advantage.

Recipients of The Winner’s Circle award were honored at a 4 day/3 night event held February 25 -28, 2015 at the St. Regis Bahia Resort in Puerto Rico. Felicia Dane, SOVA’s Director of Telesales Operations, and Trisha Vaughan, SOVA’s Director of Order Implementation, participated in the event on behalf of SOVA.

New Solutions Round Out Comprehensive Verizon Portfolio of Advanced Communications, Cloud and Network Services For SOVA Agents and their Customers Nationwide

You’ve heard the announcement: Verizon Enterprise Solutions is giving Verizon Partner Program members in the U.S. access to Enterprise accounts.

What this means for SOVA Agents:

  • SOVA Agents can now work thousands of previously restricted wireline and wireless accounts. ALL of Verizon’s accounts are now open through deal registration. Only 208 accounts remain protected.
  • SOVA Agents can now work with Verizon Direct Reps on these Enterprise accounts…A collaborative approach allowing joint account planning, comprehensive proposals and the cohesive ability to provide best-in-class solutions for customers.
