Under Jay’s leadership, Endeavor has combined multiple companies focused on four main areas: network development, rollout, operation, and support. SOVA is a market leading solution provider in connectivity, co-sell mobility, and fixed wireless access enabling a complete end to end solution for our partners and customers.
Jay is a multi-C-suite executive and co-founder with 20+ years of career building and leading teams focused on services and support within the IT industry and returning value to shareholders. Jay is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Mike Fulton is a seasoned operations executive with experience scaling operations in high-growth environments for PE-backed companies including 38 acquisitions. Prior to his current role, Mike led global and commercial operations for over fifteen years and held network leadership roles at GTT and Megapath. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College.
Patrick Caustrita is an experienced managed services sales leader selling to Enterprise and Commercial organizations including both direct and indirect channels. Prior to his current role, Patrick led Western US Sales for Talkdesk and held leadership roles at AWS and Verizon Business. He has an MBA in Business from the University of Colorado at Denver.
Mark Buratczuk, VP of Channel, is an experienced marketing and channel leader with a background in wireless communications and network hardware. Prior to his role at Endeavor, Mark led Private 4G/5G channel sales at Samsung Networks and held leadership positions at Verizon Business. He is a graduate of Purdue University with an MS in Communications.
Executive Director of Enterprise Solutions
Chad Foos is Executive Director of Enterprise Solutions. Chad brings a powerful understanding of technology and the implementation of network security to SOVA. He has been involved with various security companies, including 3G International (acquired by RSA Security), and Technology Industries which supports mission critical applications for the Department of Defense. Chad has played a role in developing proprietary technology that is currently integrated with government employees Smartcard’s at numerous U.S. Defense installations. Chad has been a SOVA employee since 2016.
Director of Channel
Sandie Osterhus is SOVA’s Director of Channel. She specializes in driving channel growth and strategic partnerships across all of our programs with Verizon. She’s one of the first point of contacts for our Sub-Agents and VARs and is dedicated to providing them with continuous support throughout their partnership with SOVA. Prior to joining SOVA, Sandie ran a Verizon focused call center for 8 years.
Angela Welby is SOVA’s Program Manager. She plays an integral role in the on-boarding and program enablement process, managing agreement documents and communications for new and existing partners. In addition she assists with the implementation of marketing initiatives. Angela is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Advertising. She has been an employee of SOVA since 2003.
Director of Sales Support
Lisa Hoskins is SOVA’s Director of Sales Support. Lisa and her team are responsible for quote generation, and providing product and promotional information. She has extensive knowledge of Verizon services and has assisted in the configuration of many complex networks for clients. Lisa has over 17 years experience working in the Telecommunications industry. Prior to SOVA, she worked at Cavalier Telephone, Talk.com and ABA Communications. Lisa has been an employee of SOVA, Inc. since 2002.
Director of Order Implementation
Trisha Vaughan is SOVA’s Director of Order Implementation. Trisha and her team support SOVA’s multiple sales channels. They are responsible for order entry and tracking, training on Carrier systems, billing error resolution, and general support to the Agent community. Trisha holds a BA in Psychology from King’s College and a Masters Degree in Organizational Management from Misericordia University. Trisha has been an employee of SOVA, Inc. since 2009.
Wireless Sales Support Manager
Jami Lapchak is SOVA’s Wireless Sales Support Manager. Jami is responsible for quote generation and order placement, as well as providing product and promotional information on the Wireless side. She has over 20 years of Telecommunications experience and has extensive knowledge of Verizon products and systems, having working in SOVA’s Provisioning department and Call Center. Prior to career with SOVA, Jami held positions at ATC Telecom, Worldcom, and Allegiance Telecom. Jami has been a SOVA employee since 2002.
Maria Musko is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting and finance operations as well as cash management, insurance, and credit. She has 18 years of accounting experience in both the public and private sectors in various industries. Maria holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Scranton.
